Personal Use License Notice
The purchase of your image/s includes a personal use license. Making a personal print of a purchased file is allowed provided the print is used within the definition of fair use as defined in the Copyright law of the Unites States and Related Laws Contained in Title 17 of the United States Code.

There have been recent inquiries with regards to using a copyrighted image for a magazine article. This is no longer within the definition of fair use as defined in the Copyright law of the Unites States and Related Laws Contained in Title 17 of the United States Code. The publication and subject will be held severally liable for the unauthorized usage of a copyrighted image. The license to use the images taken during a track event can be purchased by selecting the "Magazine Use" button in the preview page.

Commercial Pricing
All images are copyrighted and are available for advertising, corporate, editorial purposes. Please contact us for rates. Include in your contact information the specific use of the image (magazine, brochure, etc.), the size you wish to use (1/4, 1/2, full page, front/rear cover), and the circulation size of the media in which the photo is to be used in.
